Cooking Workshop on Christmas Log Cake

Christmas is an important and favourite winter festival. The best way to celebrate is preparing festive gourmet food for the beloved ones. This year, we have organised a cooking workshop of Christmas Log Cake with the Central Kitchen at the Secondary School Canteen on December 13, 14 and 15, 2011. Besides improving the parent-child relation, parent and students may also enjoy delicious food with friends and families to make this festival fun and memorable. This event is available to YCIS Hong Kong students only.

For Primary and Secondary Students

Time:       4:45 – 5:45p.m.            Making Christmas Log Cake
                 5:45 – 5:55p.m.            Tasting of the traditional Christmas food
                                                          prepared by the Central Kitchen – “Roasted Turkey”

Venue:     Canteen, Yew Chung International School – Secondary
Seat:        50 portions for each session
Fee:          HK$180

If you are interested in joining this workshop with your child, please register by clicking on the appropriate session above. To complete the registration, please send a cheque of HK$180 to the School Office with the student’s name,  class and “Cooking workshop on Christmas Log Cake”  written on the back by December 7, 2011. Cheque should be made payable to “Yew Chung Education Foundation Limited“.  The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
